Irish Centre (Autumn 2005)
The client (Irish Centre) was having problems
with water 'ponding' on the existing flat felt
roof. They asked us to advise on how to drain
the water and to develop a scheme for the
solution.
We over-clad using a metal single skin roof with
6 degree fall to discharge the water to a new
gutter.
Since then they have had no problems.
The Client was highly satisfied and we have
their agreement to view if potential clients
wish to visit.
